Guided tours in English are available by appointment. During a guided tour a zoo keeper will lead the visitors through TERRARIET, presenting facts and answering questions about the animals in the displays. Price: DKK 250, - (must be booked at least two weeks in advance).
Presentations in English are available by appointment. At a presentation a zoo keeper will gather the visitors at an appropriate location in TERRARIET to present and talk about selected animals and answer questions from visitors. Price: DKK 150, - (must be booked at least two weeks in advance).
Free presentations (in Danish) take place every weekend and during school holidays at 11.00 A.M. and 2.00 P.M. The keeper will answer questions in English. (see more under Topical events).

HOW TO FIND TERRARIET:
TERRARIET is located only a few hundred meters from Vissenbjerg Church. Turn south towards Fåborg at the traffic light next to the "Borgerservice" office, and turn right only about 100 m down the road. After the turn the road leads to Vissenbjerg Vicarage and the parking lot next to TERRARIET (free parking). From the highways E66 and 161 distinct road signs will lead you to TERRARIET.
There are frequent bus connections to and from Vissenbjerg. Get off the bus at the church, and a few minutes' walk will bring you to TERRARIET.
In connection with a visit to TERRARIET we recommend reserving time enough to pay a visit to Udsigten ("The Outlook"), only about 200 m from TERRARIET. From there you are able to enjoy a great view of southwestern Fyn (Funen), if weather allows.
